The increasing complexity of multinational chemical manufacturing operations has intensified the need for secure, transparent, and reliable environmental compliance monitoring systems. This study presents a blockchain-secured environmental compliance monitoring framework designed for multinational chemical manufacturing networks to enhance data integrity, regulatory transparency, and operational accountability. The proposed system integrates blockchain technology with distributed environmental monitoring infrastructure to enable secure collection, validation, storage, and sharing of compliance-related environmental data across geographically dispersed industrial facilities. Key environmental parameters, including air emissions, wastewater discharge quality, hazardous waste handling, and energy consumption metrics, were continuously monitored through interconnected sensing and reporting mechanisms. Blockchain-based smart contracts were implemented to automate compliance verification, maintain tamper-resistant environmental records, and facilitate real-time auditing processes across multiple regulatory jurisdictions. The framework also incorporates decentralized access control and cryptographic security protocols to protect sensitive industrial information while ensuring transparent regulatory reporting. Performance evaluation demonstrated significant improvements in data traceability, cybersecurity resilience, and compliance verification efficiency compared to conventional centralized monitoring systems. Furthermore, the blockchain-enabled architecture reduced risks associated with data manipulation, unauthorized access, and reporting inconsistencies within complex multinational manufacturing networks. Simulation analyses revealed enhanced operational transparency, improved regulatory coordination, and increased trust among industrial stakeholders and environmental authorities. The findings highlight the potential of blockchain-secured monitoring technologies in advancing sustainable environmental governance and digital transformation within global chemical manufacturing industries.
